Paula Martin Rivero is an artist and researcher who investigates the intersections of borders, language, and technology. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York . As a Fulbright Scholar and La Caixa Fellow, she is currently pursuing her PhD in Interdisciplinary Design and Media at Northeastern University in Boston. Her primary focus is on installations and time-based media, to interrogate the poetics of place, identity, migration, social histories, and cultural memory.
